On a couple of forums lately there has been discussion on chargebacks and whether or not affiliate programs, in our case, adult video chat affiliate programs, should be allowed to hit us for chargebacks they incur on their sites?

Both sides of the arguement have merit… it is true that the cam sites are not getting their money, so why should we get money…. and of course, their is the other side of the debate saying that our job is to send them clients… its their job to handle them!

As you can see, its not so cut and clear as to which is right. But, in some cases we are running white label cam sites on our own personal domains. Would it be at least fair to say that we should be responsible for any chargebacks on our white labels, but not on our referring links?

So it got me wondering which programs out there did and did not do chargebacks. As far as I can tell, only Adult Webmaster Empire (AWE) and NeonDollars have taken money back for chargebacks. I am not sure about my other ones, perhaps they do, but I will not realize it until it happens…

So I want to hear from you… leave a comment with your programs, and if they do chargebacks (feel free to include your affiliate link in your comments this time)
